How does the program work?

• Contact Us to sign up for a Carefree Mexico Partners Referral Program website
• Direct clients to your website to fill out a quick online application
• Loan applications are sent directly to Carefree Mortgage through a secure Loan Origination Software system
• Loans are closed by Carefree Mortgage and loan status updates are available throughout the entire process
• Partner receives a check from Carefree Mortgage for closed loans referred through their website
• Carefree Mortgage will fund an entire year of website service*

The Services:

Development of the Carefree Affiliates Mexico Partners Referral Program Financial Relationship Management software for Client and Client’s employees (“End-Users”) for which Client has purchased a license to access and use the Services over the Internet for the sole purpose of performing open financial relationship management services for Client’s customers. Client shall not permit any third party to access or use the Services.

Service Fees/Terms and Conditions:

GainClients, Inc., through its agreement with Carefree Mortgage, the provider of the Mexico Partners Referral Program, agrees to defer the initial set-up fee of ($299.00) and the recurring monthly fee of ($29.00/$348.00) for the first 12 months of service providing;

• Client refers and closes at least one qualifying loan through his/her GainClients website within the first 12 months of the website service, upon which Carefree Mortgage agrees to pay the deferred set-up fee of ($299.00) and the recurring monthly fee of ($29.00/$348.00) for the first 12 months of service to GainClients directly on behalf of client. After the first full year of service, Client agrees to pay the recurring monthly fee of $29.00.
• If Client fails to refer and close a qualifying loan through a GainClients website within the first 12 months of service, the GainClients website service will be terminated.
